Job Title: Patient CoordinatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable Patient Coordinator to enhance the patient experience and manage daily front-office operations. The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for patients during check-in and check-out, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for patients during check-in and check-out. • Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate laboratory appointments. • Process patient payments and issue receipts. • Place supplement orders and maintain inventory. • Create invoices and facilitate compounded medication orders with partner pharmacies. • Communicate with patients regarding care plans and treatment instructions. • Support providers and staff with efficient patient flow. Essential Skills • Prior experience working in a medical office, wellness clinic, or comparable patient-care environment. • Experience in patient check-in and check-out with professional, patient-centered service. • Ability to schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and laboratory services. • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and maintaining accurate patient information. • Experience in collecting payments, issuing receipts, and creating invoices. • Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills. • Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in an aesthetics, anti-aging, functional medicine, or integrative wellness practice. • Experience coordinating with outside laboratories. • Familiarity with compounded medication orders and partner pharmacies. • Experience in placing supplement orders and maintaining inventory. • Knowledge of communicating care-plan steps, treatment instructions, and follow-up requirements to patients. • Medical Assistant certification, registration, or diploma. Work EnvironmentThis position is 100% onsite in a medical wellness clinic located in Wilton Manors, FL. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Enjoy a supportive team environment with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton Manors, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
