Brewood Medical Practice have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, resilient, experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our friendly team. We are looking to recruit for 3 days a week.
We are a semi-rural, part-dispensing General Practice with a list size of approx. 10,700 patients

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to perform as an autonomous practitioner working independently and with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat patients with a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions, initiating direct referrals as appropriate.
To manage daily surgeries comprising of face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, house visits and telephone triage work.
Undertake clinical practice at an advance level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver holistic care to people accessing primary care services.
Undertake home visits for chronic and acutely unwell patients for certain medical emergencies. Prescribe medication as necessary for areas of chronic disease.

Qualifications Essential
This position requires a master's or equivalent qualification that includes the following four pillars: Clinical Practice Leadership and management Education and research And a demonstration of core capabilities and specific clinical competence

Applicant to have good communication skills and work well as a team player
Experience Essential
Experience of working in a General Practice setting
Prescribing Essential
Prescribing qualification is essential to the role
