Senior Program Manager - Product Integration
Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle for AI-driven products and platforms. The individual will work closely with senior business stakeholders, engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful execution of high-impact programs that accelerate business outcomes and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale transformation programs across engineering and product teams. • Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Establish and monitor transformation metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and business impact. • Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices across teams. • Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. • Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. • Drive organizational change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption. • Influence senior leadership and facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights. • Establish best practices for program management and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred. • 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Delivery, or Transformation Management. • Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and engineering processes. • Experience working with AI/ML, automation, cloud technologies, or enterprise software platforms. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
