R&D Coordinator
Job Description: Job Description This position is responsible for providing administrative, purchasing, inventory, and operational support to the R&D farm. The role ensures efficient coordination of procurement activities, inventory management, personnel administration, customer visits, sample distribution, and event organization while maintaining compliance with company procedures and policies. This position holder is responsible for: • Receive, update, and manage purchase requests and contracts for goods and services. • Initiate, process, monitor, and follow up Purchase Requests (PRs) in the NAV system in strict compliance with company procedures and policies. • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to support purchasing and procurement activities. • Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate monthly timesheets for R&D personnel in a timely manner. • Conduct monthly inventory check of materials, supplies, consumables, and other R&D-related items. • Maintain accurate inventory and fixed asset records, investigate discrepancies, and report issues when identified. • Prepare docs & arrange shipment of raw material, feed, and other samples to domestic and international customers. • Plan and coordinate customer visits, including arrangements for customers and delegations visiting the R&D farm. • Support the organization and logistics of meetings, events, workshops, and customer visits. • Maintain proper documentation and administrative records related to R&D operations. • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the Manager.
Job Requirements • Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related fields. • Working Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, purchasing, inventory coordination, or a similar operations role. • Business Understanding: Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supply chain workflows. • Work spirit: Collaborative and contributive attitude, respective, responsible, positive thinking • Language: Basic English communication skills • Computing: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NAV experience preferred). • Problem-solving skill: Ability to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers
