Job Description: We are looking for a STEM Flight Team Specialist! This role will assist multiple lines of business within the “S.T.E.M.” (Specialty Teams and Emerging Markets) organization of Disney Central. These primarily include Disney Planning/Ticket Centers and Gathering Reservations (Convention/Wedding/Youth Events). This role will support various sales initiatives for Disney Central and Central Florida Sales in both Guest-facing and contact-center environments at the Orlando Disney Central Office and across Central Florida. • Disney Central Cast members: No more than one F/O (Falling Behind/Off Track) in Presenteeism in the last six months, and no more than one reprimand within the last six months • Meet Walt Disney World transfer guidelines

Basic Qualifications: • Six (6) months of Walt Disney World experience • Valid Driver’s License • Sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections • Handle conflict resolution • Written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications • Maintain Guest confidentiality through a balance of integrity • Computer and technical proficiency • Passion for and knowledge of Disney Products, Services, and Experiences • Flexible work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays • Adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations, including day-of schedule changes

Preferred Qualifications: • Guest service experience at a luxury resort or hotel • One (1) Year of Call Center experience • Cash Handling experience • Bilingual • Disney Central experience • Knowledge of the following software: Horizon, DREAMS, LILO, Passkey, SBC, Passport, A la Carte, Zendesk, Guest Service Suite, Microsoft 365

Responsibilities: • Assist Guests utilizing the Sales Through Service philosophy while using numerous software applications during this process • Work with limited direct Leadership • Utilize Guest Service skills to find solutions to varying Guest needs and challenges • Develop relationships with Guests, Cast Members, and Partners across locations to provide excellent service • Engage with Guests by providing information on theme parks, resorts, Ticket products, current offers, and more • Prolonged standing and walking to various areas in indoor and outdoor settings during different weather conditions • Work at a variety of locations and shift times weekly • Meet required departmental metric expectations, including productivity and performance goals Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned

Compensation Details: The starting pay rate for this position is $20.10/hour.
