Job Description
As the Field Property Adjuster you are responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for the most complex Homeowner’s Claims. Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for the most complex first party homeowner claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as peer mentor and may assign direction to more junior employees, having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Field Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside in Arizona, preferably near Phoenix or Tucson, and will play a key role in helping customers navigate the claims process with confidence and care.
In this role, you will investigate and manage moderate to complex residential property claims, through on-site inspections. The successful candidate will possess strong estimating skills, proficiency with Xactimate, and the ability to effectively manage challenging situations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Construction knowledge is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on complex first party homeowner losses of all severities

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is: Field Property Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – 77,800.00/salary Field Property Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – 82,500.00/salary Field Property Adjuster Sr Cons I: $65,600.00 – 98,200.00/salary Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.
