Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

This is a first shift position working 6am-4:30pm on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Thursday Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: equired Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of work experience Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings Ability to become solder certified Effective communication and team work Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team A passion for learning/knowledge

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly IPC-610/620 Certifications Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2021 and 2017 Masking and Coating with parylene

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $35559 - $56894
