Phoenix Family Practice is a newly merged GP Partnership in Weybridge that is looking to foster any and all of the above qualities to help contribute to the direction our practice develops in.
Main duties of the job
Hone your clinical skills in a practice that offers 15 minute appointments, BMA guide patient contact counts and GP-only total triage.

The role of salaried GP at Phoenix Family Practice includes:
On site face to face clinics supporting the local patient population, dealing with both acute and routine presentationsA share of triage duty with on-site training if requiredHome visits or care home rounds, where clinically indicatedA patient list which you will manage.Daily prescriptions, a share of laboratory results and clinical correspondence.Self generated admin including referrals and letters.Attendance of daily catch-up meetings and practice meetings monthlyOwnership of a clinical area in the practice such as mental health, diabetes or palliative

Qualifications Essential
MBBS or equivalent qualification
Desirable
Specialisations with attached Diplomas or Postgraduate Qualifications
Experience Essential
Experience working as part of a NHS General Practice Team Experience working with EMIS Experience working with Accurx Experience working with Docman10
Desirable
Experience of digital triage and assessing the urgency of cases Experience teaching, training and supervising medical students, resident doctors or non-medics. Experience with INRStar
