Your role & influence as Inside Sales Representative
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for delivering an outstanding customer experience by supporting customers through phone, email, and chat, providing expert guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering an outstanding customer experience and high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business, including teams such as Sales and Operations, helping to deliver consistent and seamless support to customers at every stage of their journey.
Core activities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information and exceptional service.
Provide expert guidance on products, orders, and account-related questions while supporting customers throughout their buying journey.
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience.
