You will:
Lead safeguarding and child protection across the school as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Lead the school's attendance strategy, working to improve attendance and reduce persistent absence. Coordinate the school's mental health and wellbeing provision, ensuring pupils receive the support they need. Work collaboratively with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to safeguard vulnerable children and secure positive outcomes. Provide strategic leadership as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the continued development and success of the school. Lead and develop safeguarding, attendance and pastoral staff whilst ensuring statutory compliance and best practice across the school.
