About this role
We are looking for someone who is:
Patient, caring, positive and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for supporting children with SENDA team player who enjoys working collaboratively and sharing ideasWilling to learn, take on feedback, and develop professionallyAn excellent communicator, both with children and adultsAdaptable and resilient, with the ability to remain calm and positive in the face of challengesExperienced or knowledgeable in supporting children with autism– this would be beneficial, but not essential
