About this role
We are seeking an outstanding and dedicated SENCO to lead and develop our provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all students are supported to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, families, external agencies, and senior leaders, the SENCO will oversee the identification, assessment, and ongoing monitoring of SEND provision across the school. They will champion inclusive practice, provide expert guidance and training to colleagues, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and promote high-quality teaching that meets the diverse needs of all learners. As a key member of the school's leadership structure, the SENCO will be committed to removing barriers to learning, raising achievement, and preparing young people with SEND for successful and fulfilling futures.
