Teaching & SENCO Support Assistant

(Bexley 06.1-4 £30,288 - £31,611 per annum pro rata)
(actual salary ££21,153 - ££22,077)
30 hours per week (term time only 38 weeks)
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching & SENCO Support Assistant to provide day to day support to the SENCO and work with a range of pupils with specific additional educational needs across the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured interventions and support programmes as outlined in the EHCP Support the pupil’s social, emotional and academic development Work collaboratively with the SENDCo, class teacher, and wider support staff Monitor and record progress against EHCP outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with children with SEND Be patient, nurturing and resilient Have a good understanding of EHCPs and targeted interventions Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team Be committed to supporting inclusion and positive outcomes for all pupils In return, we can offer you:
