We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cook to join our catering team, helping to deliver high-quality meals in a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, COSHH and HACCP regulations. Assisting with organising on-site or transported meal service. Carrying out general kitchen and dining room duties, including cleaning and equipment setup. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and house-keeping. Completing simple clerical tasks (e.g. temperature logs, cleaning records). Promoting positive customer relations and contributing to portion control and cost-efficiency.
