Join Our Friendly, Supportive Team! We’re looking for a Student Services Administrator to become an important part of our lively, fast‑paced school office. If you enjoy variety, work well under pressure, and love helping young people, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the RoleAs a key member of our close, friendly office team, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and will help keep our Student Services running smoothly. Every day will bring something different — from supporting students with enquiries, administering basic first aid, coordinating school activities, and assisting staff with a wide range of admin tasks.

This is a busy, people‑focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive here if you’re organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Hours & Salary

37 hours per week (8:00-16:0 0 Monday to Thursday and 8:00-15:30 Friday) 41 weeks NJC Grade 2 point 2-3
