We are seeking someone who has:
Experience of working with young people, ideally in a school or similar environment.Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.Confidence using ICT and the ability to follow and deliver set work across a range of subjects.The ability to build rapport, remain calm under pressure and manage behaviour positively.Good literacy and numeracy, with GCSE English and Maths (A*–C or equivalent).A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to safeguarding and supporting students’ success.
