About this role
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with vulnerable, disengaged or hard-to-reach young people.Understands the challenges associated with EBSA, SEND, attendance and barriers to learning.Has experience of developing and delivering successful intervention programs.Can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and families.Is confident leading support plans and coordinating provision for individual pupils.Has excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.Has the confidence to work collaboratively with external agencies and school staff.Believes that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
