The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist and Specialist to join our teams across Buckinghamshire and Hampshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a high-quality, integrated occupational therapy service across the Trust.

You will:

Lead on the development and delivery of innovative occupational therapy provisionDeliver specialist, outcome-focused interventions tailored to pupil needsEmbed therapeutic approaches across the curriculum to enhance learning and inclusionDesign and deliver training programmes to support staff development and inclusive practiceWork collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to pupil supportProvide clinical leadership within your area of expertiseAbout YouWe are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional who has:

A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC and RCOT registrationExperience working with children and young people with ASC and/or SEMH needsStrong skills in delivering training and supporting multidisciplinary teamsA commitment to evidence-based, functional and outcome-focused practiceExcellent communication and collaborative working skillsWhy Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to:
