Salary Scale D £21,746 - £22,092 per annum Permanent Part Time 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.00 pmTerm Time + 1 week Required from October 2026This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and hardworking Admin Assistant to join the office team at West Earlham Junior School.

Key elements of this role include daily reception duties; being the first point of contact for parents, visitors and children; undertaking general and financial administration; first aid for children; administration of after school clubs and school trips.

We are looking for someone with:

Excellent communication skills. A flexible and friendly approach. Good organisational skills. Experience of working in a school office or similar role. The ability to problem solve and manage changing priorities and work with the team and be self-motivated. Previous experience of Pupil Asset or Star Accounts (not essential) Applicants should access more information about our school via our website www.wejs.co.uk.
