Wroughton Academies are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join our Wraparound Care Team as an Early Birds Assistant. You will enjoy working with children, helping to create a safe and engaging environment, and building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues. Our Ideal candidate will have:
Good numeracy/literacy skills (Level 2 or equivalent)Experience of working with children within an educational settingAbility to relate well to children and adultsConfidence and efficiency in managing behaviourExcellent communication skills
