The Opportunity
Lead strategic work around behaviour, attendance, safeguarding, inclusion and student support. Create a culture of Respect where every student feels valued, safe and able to learn. Drive Engagement so students attend regularly, participate fully and enjoy school. Raise Aspiration and help every young person achieve their potential. Remove barriers to learning and secure equity for all students. Shape the future strategic direction of the school as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
