Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Own and deliver the team's quarterly and annual bookings targets, establishing clear expectations and accountability for results. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Establish a consistent operating cadence for pipeline inspection, deal reviews, forecasting, and performance management. • Maintain a high degree of forecast accuracy and provide senior leadership with clear visibility into pipeline, deal progression, risks, and opportunities. • Coach Account Executives through complex sales cycles, including deal strategy, executive engagement, negotiation, and closing. • Develop and execute regional and territory strategies that drive new business, expand existing customer relationships, and create sustainable pipeline. • Reinforce Trintech's sales methodology and ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, qualification standards, and best practices. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Account Executives while accelerating the productivity and success of new hires. • Build strong relationships with key customers and prospects, participating directly in strategic opportunities and executive-level conversations. • Work collaboratively across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other teams to drive successful customer outcomes and revenue growth. • Leverage Trintech's partner ecosystem, including implementation partners, systems integrators, and transformation partners, to support complex sales opportunities. • Use sales performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and continuously improve team execution. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, including 3+ years leading sales teams. • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and leading teams to strong revenue performance. • Demonstrated success recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales professionals. • Significant experience selling complex SaaS solutions to CFO, CIO, and other C-suite executives. • Experience selling into Finance, Accounting, ERP, EPM, FinTech, financial transformation, or a closely related technology market strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, business stakeholders, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors. • Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, account strategy, and deal execution. • Experience using and reinforcing a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or a comparable methodology. • Strong understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and experience working with systems integrators, consulting firms, implementation partners, and other third parties. • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key opportunities and customer relationships. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed.
