Job summary The role of Head Housekeeper at Aria Healthcare's 53-bed nursing, dementia, and residential home in Kincardine-on-Forth, Fife is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the residents. This is a full-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
Main duties of the job As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain a warm and inviting environment for the residents. This includes overseeing the cleaning, infection prevention, and overall appearance of the home. You will take great pride in your work and have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a care setting.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeper Supervisor, preferably in a care setting, is required. The role may also be considered for candidates with relevant experience outside of the care sector.
