Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care. Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained. You will be working with patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes etc. So must have experience in Phlebotomy. Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care. Completing administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering.
Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Assistant at Operose Health, you will be instrumental in delivering quality primary care. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with patient care, supporting compliance-related tasks, and working with patients with long-term conditions. You must possess experience in phlebotomy as you will be required to carry out clinical procedures such as health checks, measuring BMI, and monitoring vital signs. Administrative duties will also form a part of your role, including handling patient registrations and managing stock. Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and be personable, polite and patient with our patients. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience in Primary Care setting, phlebotomy, basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email), ability to adapt to changing priorities, and good judgment within professional boundaries.
