Job summary Package Description: We have an opportunity within our Intermediate Care team to join us as an Administrator! Main duties of the job There is an opportunity to join the Intermediate Care team as an Administrator in Camberley. The role is permanent and full-time where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Intermediate Care Team. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, supporting the Team Lead and Service Manager, and ensuring service operations between 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday with no weekend or bank holiday expectations. Monitoring email inbox and working closely with Ops lead and Triage and tracking referrals Awareness of budgetary issues, the effective and safe use of resources. Troubleshoot any day-to-day problems within the team / service e.g., liaising with IT providers to ensure seamless IT systemsIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone with effective written and verbal communication skills and can plan and organise their own workload ad respond to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment and can plan, organise and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings.

We would like someone who has knowledge of the work and aims of the community nursing service and the principles of patient centred service delivery along with a working knowledge of data protection and patient and staff confidentiality requirements.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Candidates should be able to plan and organize their workload and respond to changing priorities. Experience working in an office environment is required, along with the ability to plan, organize, and prepare agendas and minutes for meetings. Knowledge of community nursing service work, patient-centered service delivery principles, and data protection and confidentiality is essential.
