Qualifications Essential

Inspirational leadership skills, passion for person-centred care, successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, care home management, marketing and occupancy experience, understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, experience creating strong links within the local community.
