Leading and inspiring our Theatre, Cath Lab and Endoscopy teams
Championing safe, effective and consistently high quality patient care
Building strong, influential relationships with consultants, senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams
Developing, motivating and supporting staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
Managing budgets, business planning and clinical governance with confidence
Collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Driving continuous improvement and building on our CQC rating of Good overall with Outstanding in care

Three theatres, including a hybrid cardiac catheter lab/theatre
An Endoscopy suite
31 en-suite patient rooms, over 2 floors
Busy outpatient, pharmacy, physiotherapy and radiology services (including MRI)
We specialise in orthopaedics, spinal surgery, cardiology, general surgery, urology, plastics, ENT and gynaecology. We're also nationally recognised for our MAKO robotic joint replacement programme.

About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic experienced Theatre Manager with a registered nursing or practitioner qualification, specialist training and strong senior level clinical experience (minimum two years in a senior role). Teaching and assessment skills, ILS and a professional management qualification will strengthen your application.
Core hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and participation in the management on-call rota to ensure operational and clinical leadership support.
