To provide a point of contact for external agencies needing help to access Trust information for statutory and procedural purposes. To find and provide information requested and continue to liaise with these agencies. To provide a range of general administrative duties for the department, on request.

Main duties of the job
At all times, the post holder will represent the Legal Services Department to the highest degree of professional standards both within the Trust and with its partners in the wider system, and to deal with tact and sensitivity the many matters of a confidential and sensitive nature which will cross their desk.

Qualifications Essential
RSA III or relevant administrative experience GCSE Maths and English Grade C minimum
Knowledge and Skills Essential
MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to securely process confidential and sensitive data Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner Ability to plan and organise Ability to plan and manage multiple deadlines Efficient time management skills Understanding of when to escalate matters appropriately Ability to work independently Manual handling of paper records and case notes
