About this role
Job summary The Team Administrator provides a high-quality administrative and front-of-house service, supporting clinicians, managers and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role involves managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, arranging meetings, taking minutes, handling telephone enquiries, producing reports and statistical information and ensuring confidential information is managed appropriately. The post holder plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service while delivering excellent customer care to service users, carers and partner agencies.
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a busy multidisciplinary mental health team. Manage telephone enquiries, correspondence, appointments and meeting arrangements. Produce documents, reports, minutes and statistical information using Microsoft Office systems. Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service for service users, carers and partner agencies. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the service and provide cover across the administration team when required.

Qualifications Essential
RSA III/OCR Typewriting/text processing or equivalent typing/word processing qualification or demonstrable experience English Language GCSE Grade C or equivalent qualification
