Job summary Burnham, Berrow and Highbridge Medical Centres (known as Symphony North) are looking to recruit a Treatment Room Nurse or Practice Nurse with chronic disease qualifications, to join their dedicated Nursing Team on a 12-month fixed term basis , working 24 hours per week across all three sites. The pay rate for this role ranges from £19.28 to £22.73 per hour,. depending on experience and qualifications. You will be part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides optimum care relevant to the practice population, either in practice or the home environment. You will focus on supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities in line with the objectives and vision of Symphony Healthcare Services.
