Job summary <p>Join <strong>HCRG Care Group</strong> as a <strong>Band 5 Community Staff Nurse</strong> and make a positive impact on the lives of patients in <strong>Skelmersdale.</strong></p><p>As a Community Staff Nurse, you will have the chance to work closely with families in their own homes, providing exceptional care and support. You will work as part of a skill mix team, helping to ensure a smooth and seamless journey.
