Main duties of the job
This role sits with the People team in the Learning, Talent, and Strategic Partnering function.
The team is responsible forlearning and development, apprenticeships, and strategic people partnering across the business.
You'llbe joining a team of people who want to do their best. We strive for excellence and live by the organisational values. We workhard, andensure that we have a healthy dose of fun whilst doing it!
Our day to day is varied, and we work closely in collaboration with the other people functions, as well as teams within the wider organisation.

Specialist knowledge of L&D topics to post graduate level, acquired through degree and professional L&D qualification or equivalent level of experience
Experience Desirable
Experience delivering Crucial Learning content, e.g. Crucial Conversations/Crucial Learning/Getting Things Done

Experience working with positive psychology methodology, e.g. CliftonStrengths
Skills Essential
Demonstrated understanding of L&D methodology
