We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join ourTransformation Team.

In this role, you will lead and support projects that improve services, enhance outcomes, and deliver sustainable change across health and care. You will work closely with colleagues, clinicians, partners, and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical improvements that benefit patients, staff, and communities.
