Job summary
This is a GP receptionist role in a busy but friendly north London GP surgery. Experience is helpful but not a requirement as training will be given. Good communication skills and being prepared to work as part of a team are a must as the job has many different aspects to it. A successful candidate will be required to work shift pattens between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm and flexible to cover staff during holidays or sickness. Applicants should also have good computer skills

The main duties of the role are dealing with patients, face to face, online and over the phone, communication with medical staff, filing correspondence to the clinical system, arranging appointments for patient, the role is very varied and other duties will also be required.
