About this role
We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support reporting, data analysis and process improvement. What you’ll do: Prepare and run daily, weekly & monthly reports Extract and validate data from systems such as ATS & Cognos Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports Ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies in Excel Identify and flag process deviations Prepare ad-hoc analyses and insights for internal stakeholders What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar role Good Excel skills , including basic VBA knowledge Analytical and structured mindset Good communication skills Good level of English What we offer: Initial training and ongoing coaching, tailored to the specific requirements of the role.
