Al Saqer Property Management ( ASPM) is a real estate arm of United Al Saqer Group L.L.C. ASPM manage and lease properties in the emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Overseas. Our development projects continue to provide quality residential, commercial and retail space at affordable prices which appeal to a broad range of customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant – Accounts Receivable to join our Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, account reconciliation, and reliable financial reporting. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage customer invoicing, billing, and payment posting through the ERP system. Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding customer payments. Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Handle billing disputes and coordinate with customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate AR records and prepare aging and collection reports . Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls. Location: Abu Dhabi
