We are looking for a motivated Business Development Analyst Intern to join our team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience in an international and dynamic business environment.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Analyst Intern, you will support the Business Development team in identifying and analysing business opportunities, conducting market research and preparing information to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills and, above all, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and contribute. Previous professional experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the identification and analysis of new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conduct market, industry, country and competitor research.
• Support the preparation of business analyses, reports and presentations.
• Assist in monitoring commercial opportunities and ongoing Business Development initiatives.
• Gather, organise and analyse relevant business and market information.
• Support the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Provide support on ad hoc Business Development and strategic projects.
What We Are Looking For
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Spanish or other languages would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work comfortably with data and information.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Previous experience is not required. We value attitude, motivation and potential.
