About this role
PX is a technology-driven customer acquisition platform for brands to accelerate their growth by optimizing the performance of their lead sources and scaling faster. Our proprietary software powers a performance marketing marketplace where advertisers and publishers transact efficiently, transparently, and at scale.
As PX continues to grow, we are looking for a Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our platform.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, roadmap, and execution for our core platform, ensuring that our technology continues to deliver value to advertisers, publishers, and internal teams.
We are looking for someone who combines product thinking with execution discipline, someone who can identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive initiatives from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is curious, data-driven, and constantly thinking about how to improve the product, strengthen our marketplace, and keep PX at the forefront of the performance marketing industry.
You will work closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Leadership to build innovative solutions that improve campaign performance, optimize marketplace dynamics, and unlock new growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the PX platform
• Identify new product opportunities that improve marketplace efficiency, campaign performance, and scalability
• Translate business goals into clear product initiatives and development priorities
• Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor platforms to keep PX at the cutting edge of performance marketing technology
Product Development & Execution
• Lead the full product lifecycle from idea to implementation, including discovery, planning, development, and launch
• Work closely with Engineering to translate product ideas into clear technical requirements
• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Ensure product releases are delivered efficiently and meet quality expectations
Marketplace & Performance Optimization
• Improve how advertisers and publishers interact within the PX platform
• Design solutions that optimize lead quality, campaign performance, and data transparency
• Leverage platform data to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and smarter decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Leadershipteams to understand platform needs
• Translate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders into product improvements
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress clearly across the organization

Preferred Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within performance marketing, adtech, martech, or marketplace platforms
• Experience working with high-scale SaaS or platform-based products
• Strong understanding of performance marketing ecosystems, lead generation, or digital marketplaces
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and product development cycles
• Familiarity with data-driven product decision making and experimentation
