What’s the job?
The Customer Service is responsible for Manage Manual and Electronic (EDI) Customer Sales orders on an ERP system, Liaise with the customer regarding expected timings and deliveries, Communicate any delays or issues to customers, Respond promptly to any customer queries, Manage price changes in the systems, Assist Shipping in organizing customer shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise Operations and Shipping of any major changes to the customer sales order schedule that could affect delivery timings.
• Review customer orders and shipments to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date.
• Resolve any internal data omissions or discrepancies with other team members
• Responsible of Nissan project
• Deliver / Create de EDI on time in the ERP system
• No customer complains about his development
• Constantly communication with the client and respond to their need on time
• Update the prices in the system when it´s needed
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering.
• 3-5+ years' experience in automotive manufacturing, Ford experience needed.
• Experience with blow molding and injection molding
• Fluent English and Spanish needed.
