Summary/Objective:
The Traffic & Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and organized flow of all creative and production projects within the agency. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through delivery, facilitating seamless collaboration among Creative, Design, Production, Content, and Client Services teams. Combining project management with traffic coordination, this role focuses on prioritizing work, managing internal resources, and optimizing schedules to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

• Coordinate the traffic and workflow of projects across creative, content, design, production, digital, and account teams.
• Assign tasks to internal teams while balancing workloads and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain production schedules for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Prepare and distribute daily status sheets, meeting recaps, and updates on delivery deadlines.
• Maintain constant communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify priorities, deliverables, and approvals.
• Monitor task progress and proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks.
• Ensure all projects have complete briefs, technical specifications, and documentation before production begins.
• Keep files and project tracking systems (e.g., Acua, Basecamp, Advantage) up to date.
• Collaborate with department leads to refine and implement more efficient internal processes.
• Support the opening of new job numbers and assist with quotes or estimates as needed.
• Manage the collection and routing of client and stakeholder approvals.
• Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors, partner agencies, and external collaborators to coordinate deliverables and timelines.
• Participate in planning and status meetings to stay aligned on workload and expectations.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Preferred Education and Related Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in traffic coordination, project management, or similar roles.
• Previous experience in an advertising agency strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Schedule Requirements:
Due to the nature of the business this position requires to work Monday to Friday day shifts but must be available to work flexible shifts, holidays & weekends should it be asked.
