Client Relations Assistant
Full-Time | Canine Craze

As our Client Relations Assistant, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for every client. You'll welcome families, answer questions, and connect them with the training and services that best fit their goals.

Position Purpose
The Client Relations Assistant is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client from the first interaction through ongoing services. This role ensures clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while providing the administrative and operational support that allows trainers to focus on training dogs and serving clients. Success is measured not simply by completing tasks, but by creating positive client experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Primary Areas of Ownership
1. Client Experience- Owns the first impression of Canine Craze.

• Clients are greeted warmly and professionally.
• Every interaction reflects Canine Craze values.
• Clients understand what happens next.
• Questions are answered promptly.
• Problems are resolved quickly or appropriately escalated.
2. Scheduling and Client Coordination- Owns an accurate and organized client schedule.
Success Looks Like
• Trainers have complete and current schedules.
• Clients receive accurate confirmations and instructions.
• Scheduling conflicts are minimized.
• Evaluations and services are booked efficiently.
3. Client Records- Owns accurate and complete client and dog information.
Success Looks Like
• Client and dog records are current.
• Vaccination records, waivers, and required documents are complete.
• Notes are entered promptly.
• Documentation follows established procedures.
4. Front Office Operations- Owns a clean, organized, and welcoming client environment.
Success Looks Like
• Reception and client areas are clean and odor-free.
• Supplies and forms are stocked and accessible.
• The workspace remains organized throughout the day.
• Opening and closing procedures are completed consistently.
5. Team Support- Owns reliable administrative support for trainers and teammates.
Success Looks Like
• Materials are prepared when needed.
• Trainers receive timely and accurate client information.
• Team communication is clear and prompt.
• The employee contributes wherever support is needed.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule
Full-Time Position
Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. – Noon.
