As a key member of the Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Coordinator supports employees across multiple campuses. This role provides administrative support to the HR team and helps drive key HR initiatives, including employee training and development, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, internship programs, and employee engagement efforts. The Human Resources Coordinator also ensures the smooth delivery of HR processes and programs that support employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Administratively and logistically supports a wide variety of employee training and meetings, collaborating with leaders and teams to identify and implement training initiatives.
• Maintains training records in HRIS, communicates with internal stakeholders, drives training attendance, reserves space, orders materials, prepares presentations, receive registrations, pay vendors, room set up and other duties as assigned.
• Complete Form I-9 and verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed for departing employees.
• Supports the onboarding process of seasonal hires to Mont Lawn Summer Camp.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff questions regarding payroll, benefits and company policies and escalate questions and issues appropriately.
• Manage HR inbox by answering emails in a timely manner and/or forwarding to appropriate recipients.
• Provide general administrative support for the HR Team in addition to annual HR initiatives such as staff surveys, performance reviews, and benefits open enrollment.
Requirements:
• Embrace the organization’s Statement of Faith.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work and education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS experience.
• Confidentiality standards.
Preferred:
• Training in basic employment law.
Salary commensurate with relevant education & experience: $50,000-$55,000 annually.
