We're looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Auger Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey, on a part-time basis.

Financials
• Starting Salary - £12.71 per hour
• Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 (pro-rata'd accordingly if part-time)
• 5.5% Pension Contribution
Working Hours
• Part Time : Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - 09:00 till 17:00
Leave
• 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Hol (Pro-rata dependent upon hours)

The Role
• Provide excellent care & communication to customers contacting Auger
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering simple queries related to our services
• Actively listen to the customer's needs, and transfer them to a more appropriate team if further assistance is needed
• Maintain clear records of incoming correspondence on our claim files

• Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
• A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
• A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach
• Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues
• Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly
