Current NMC registration along with an updated knowledge of clinical practices is required. The position also requires experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Additionally, understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines is important. A person-centred approach to nursing, dedication, and compassion are considered essential qualities for this role.
