Qualifications Essential

To become a Bank Care Assistant, you will need some experience in caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-heartedness should be evident, and most importantly, you should have the necessary compassion to deliver the highest quality of care and support to all residents.
