About this role
Prepare the necessary documents for the start of on-site work (Safety, Health, and Environment). Represent Técnicas Reunidas in external HSE organizations. Coordinate and provide support to the Site HSE Manager. Conduct studies, assessments, inspections, and investigations as required. Prepare monthly and annual reports and objective proposals. Develop, update, and manage HSE programs, including campaigns, awards, and recognition programs. In the event of a serious site accident, provide support to the accident investigation team as requested. Participate in the monitoring and control of HSE standards and applicable laws and regulations. Develop on-site HSE procedures. Establish and maintain the necessary tools for monitoring HSE standards. Attend and participate in Corporate HSE audits and external HSE certification audits. Develop HSE prequalification for subcontractors. Participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors. More than 10 years of experience in the described functions. English B2 Sap, excel.
