Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Coordinate and manage import shipments from overseas suppliers through to warehouse delivery; resolve shipment-related issues independently Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless import operations Review and support import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents) Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve logistics and customs clearance issues; provide regular stakeholder updates Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate root cause analysis and claim resolution across logistics partners Coordinate customs clearance activities to ensure full compliance with import regulations and company requirements Verify import-related costs and support invoice reconciliation processes Maintain accurate import records and documentation systems Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Your Profile You contribute Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Up to 3 years of import operations or supply chain experience Strong English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping Solid understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms) Knowledge of international shipping and customs processes Proficiency in logistics/ERP systems and MS Office Familiarity with Thai customs regulations and procedures Your application Interested?
