During this 1-year fixed-term contract opportunity , you will get the chance to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities Include Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and employment contracts, in compliance with ERGANI requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS and other relevant systems. Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, employee queries, and coordination with external benefit providers. Support the preparation and administration of HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, and other employment-related documents. Support timekeeping processes, including attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and shift schedules. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day HR activities and employee requests. Support Learning & Development activities, including training coordination, employee participation tracking, and related HR administration. Your Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of previous experience in HR / Benefits administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Economics. Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and employee benefits. Interest in gaining knowledge in HR practice. Basic understanding of the local labor context; knowledge of ERGANI would be considered an extra asset. Good computer literacy and willingness to learn HR/People systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Good time management skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Greek. Team-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
