VSL is committed to diversity and is open to all talents. We have an exciting opportunity to join Intrafor as Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will: Assist in procurement of and preparation of Sub-contracts and Work Orders; Valuation and payment of Sub-contracts, work orders, and labour-only supply contracts; Assisting in payments application process to Main Contractor’s / Clients on fixed-price, re-measurement, and target-cost type contracts; Submission of CIC/PCFB-related documents; Assisting in build-up for variation valuations and assist in maintenance of variation registers; Relevant ad-hoc activities related to the functioning of the QS departments Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English If you have any question feel free to contact Wing Yan LAU
