Constantia Sittingbourne has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Print Assistant . Working alongside our Print Operators, you will play a key role in supporting the print production process by: Assisting with print machine set-up and preparation Ensuring the availability of tooling, inks, and materials at press Supporting efficient production and maintaining high quality standards Helping to keep the work area organised, safe, and production-ready What we're looking for The successful candidate will demonstrate: A strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent attention to detail The ability to use initiative and work proactively Good communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn and develop within the role Career Development This role offers a clear progression pathway. Through training and development, the successful candidate will be expected to grow into a Print Operator position over time.
